I get the reasoning behind not announcing things that aren't developed, but I have to say it's a little disappointing not having a large feature/theme to look forward to in the new update.

@Pixlriffs But every other biome you can also adventure through without getting killed by the warden. This alone will make a large amount of players avoid the biome outright, and the ones that do go won't see any reason to take that risk again currently.

I get the reasoning, but this is something only about 10% of actual players will be interested in. The loot is fine, but there’s really no reason to ever return and they will likely be forgotten about unless something else is added in a future update.

Raiding the Deep Dark is going to be all about breaking the shriekers, saving the sculk sensors for all your wireless redstone needs, then finding spots where you can set up a hostile mob farm without having to light up caves. Or build in complete darkness without spawns.
