@DrBrookbush @JNR_Halo@AdamMeakins We all know your reviews go against the body of evidence, and that the individual studies you cite are of poor quality or do not even support your stance. Your platform does nothing but harm to this profession.
@DrBrookbush @JNR_Halo@AdamMeakins So many things wrong here.. we can not reliably find or palpalte "trigger points," they aren't clearly defined, and even if we could, there is no such thing as "releasing" a muscle. Also.. you can't palpate the psoas. Biologically implausible.
@SquatUniversity Except your spine does and must flex and extend under load, as it is completely impossible to avoid. You and Stu McGill will never stop beating this dead horse as your brands depend on it. There is 0 evidence to support the notion that your spine should not move under load.
A semi-controversial take of mine: Of Ovechkin’s best day, and Crosby’s, and Malkin’s, I’m not sure Malkin’s isn’t the most unstoppable. He’s just SO big and slick and rangy and smart and mean and lord can can he fire it ... it’s just such a rare, exceptional package.
What’s crazy about McDavid’s burst-rushes is how he’ll be even with D-men, then he’s just an utter *ghost*. Like ... guys, good defenders, don’t even get a stick on him, they don’t brush his jersey. It looks like when someone goes to sit down and someone’s pulled their chair out.
