Still haven’t received the refund, Equery closed without any resolution, railmadad ticket closed without refund. What kind of response is this? 14646 puts call on hold indefinitely. @RailMinIndia @AshwiniVaishnaw Pls help n support on this

@IRCTCofficial My refund is not being issued since 2 months now and IRCTC seems to be a fraud website. Lodged complnt raised ticket , escalated on X but no redressal. IRCTC is scam powered by @RailMinIndia Railmadad closes ticket widout resolution
