@AelvayraP You can check into an available FCFS campsite any time after 7am. There are no FCFS campsites available at Rolley Lake from April to mid-October - all sites are reservable.
#GoldenEars and #RolleyLake Parks are now open from 7:00am-11:00pm daily. Please exit the park before 11:00pm unless you are camping. Reservations can be made at https://t.co/G33ohbOyuW. First-come first-serve campsites are also available at Golden Ears.
@northof49_ Yes, the East/West Canyon Connector bridge is open. The Evans Creek bridge on the West Canyon Trail was destroyed, so it is not possible to complete the East/West Canyon loop.
First-come first-serve winter camping is available in Gold Creek Campground, fee is $13/party/night with minimal services. Full fees and services return March 28. Reservations for arrivals March 28 and later will be available starting at 7am on March 19.
We are happy to announce that full vehicle access to Golden Ears Provincial Park is now restored!
We are thrilled to see everyone back in the park! Please remember to practice both front and back country etiquette when using outdoor spaces, and stay safe!
Due to substantial damage to park roads and trails caused by the atmospheric river event of October 19, 2024, the #GoldenEars Park road will remain closed until further notice.
@jackiegrohs Mike Lake Trail is passable, but Alouette Valley Trail is impassable at km 5 from the main corral and Menzies Trail is impassable at km 6. We havenβt got to Allco or Ford Trails.
