🏗️ Dormant government buildings in Pretoria are being turned into jobs, investment and economic growth.

Under the leadership of DA Minister Dean Macpherson, the next step in the redevelopment of Telkom Towers, Public Works House and the Central Government Office has been achieved, with a Request for Information going to market in the coming weeks.

The three projects could unlock 12,700+ construction jobs, 212,000m² of new space and billions in investment into Pretoria’s CBD, while reducing the state’s reliance on costly private leases.
