@MichaelPatak @TopstepTV New wouldn’t get a response. We clearly dont matter. Still being pied off by support. Saying i wasn’t part off outage. It’s my WiFi issue , even tho got Full bars of speed! About to upload all videos and screen shots . not paying another penny till they fix my account. @Topstep

@MichaelPatak @TopstepTV I was told by your support it was my WiFi issue 🤯 even tho couldn’t close trades or log in. lost money yet the customer gets blamed. nothing gets resolved was told negative trades would be removed , not happened , politest way possible I think the support needs a lot of help.

@Topstep really don’t seem to care about there customers lost 2 trades + a day in profit due to not being able to log in due to Outage , lose money and then told it’s your WiFi that’s the issue after them admitting that there was an outage but refuse to fix it 🤯
