@OlivLeMoz @sarahcpr Not quite. He implies that if we weren't testing there wouldn't be as many cases. Wrong. The cases would still be there--they just wouldn't be identified by the test. He blames the testing for the number of cases, not the bad management that lead to the uncontrolled spread.
