@AsdaServiceTeam my pregnant Fiancée reported this hours ago and has had no reply. Reporting you to health standards. Disgusting.

[Alpha Geek @AlphaG33k]

@BTCare I don't think I can deal with being on the phone for another 1 hour + call today. I'll use the chat system later I guess...

[Alpha Geek @AlphaG33k]

@BTCare Also being passed around for an hour + today on the phone. Being treated like shi* for wanting to cancel for services I don't receive.

[Alpha Geek @AlphaG33k]

@BTCare I don't want to be with BT after issues for nearly 3 months. To be told I need to pay £357 to cancel. It's shocking.

[Alpha Geek @AlphaG33k]

@BTCare Btw seeing as I haven't had a reply I spoke to someone about this twice the first one hung up on me. Not just in twitter. Bt are appalling

[Alpha Geek @AlphaG33k]

@BTCare So you tell me my line has issues but want to charge me for an engineer, when you have said THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE LINE. Joke company

[Alpha Geek @AlphaG33k]

@BTCare I was told by the first person I couldn't cancel without fees until a fault has been raised. As shown in my picture I raised this in june

[Alpha Geek @AlphaG33k]

@BTCare They never said anything about advising. I could pay for an engineer or pay the cancel charge. Idk what's happening now either.

[Alpha Geek @AlphaG33k]

@BTCare Fair enough I wasn't told that on the phone. I was told I'd have to pay for an engineer. What about the 2-3 months I have paid already?

[Alpha Geek @AlphaG33k]

@BTCare Problem is I don't want to be with BT anymore it's caused me enough hassle why should I pay more money to cancel a service I'm not getting.

[Alpha Geek @AlphaG33k]

@BTCare Been dropping &slow speed every other night. Was told there was an issue with the line. Not had TV working either. I finally got a fault ref

[Alpha Geek @AlphaG33k]

@BTCare Been on the phone for an hour and 12 minutes getting passed around only to be told. I can pay for an engineer or pay that cancel. Disgusted.

[Alpha Geek @AlphaG33k]

@BTCare Awful service in June, still nothing was done. I have been trying to cancel, but I won't pay the £357 charge for lack of service.

[Alpha Geek @AlphaG33k]

@FortniteGame Lost 45 minutes completing a quest and time reward, I'm glad I bought the ultimate edition....

[Alpha Geek @AlphaG33k]

@BTCare Is it possible I could have a contact number for cancelling my contract please

[Alpha Geek @AlphaG33k]

@BTCare Online chat, expressed my disappointment in your service, he said bye and disconnected chat... does BT think this is acceptable?

[Alpha Geek @AlphaG33k]

@bt_uk Disappointed in your customer service - could at least pretend to care about your customers

[Alpha Geek @AlphaG33k]

@Tesco bought a new shirt for an interview, top button came off before even trying it on. Who does your quality control??

[Alpha Geek @AlphaG33k]

@AskPS_UK Is there no way to unlock the memory card to work on both accounts so to speak, or transfer/share licenses between the two accounts? Thanks

[Alpha Geek @AlphaG33k]

@AskPS_UK Because I have 2 accounts, is there an easier way of changing between the two on my ps vita? I have games on both accounts
