@American_Girl Has anyone had any trouble with the AG doll carrying backpack? We bought one for my daughter’s birthday. She’s used it maybe 2-3 times and one of the straps has come undone. I’d assumed they’d be a bit sturdier.

@YaVas_MEX has the worst customer service ever! For the 2nd time, my flight dates have changed after payment and they will not cancel my reservation so that I can fix it or fix it without charging me more than twice the difference. What a joke!

@flyvolaris is a joke. They changed my flight dates after payment and now 3 agents have put me on “hold” and never come back on the line. I travel with Volaris often but I’d rather take my business elsewhere if that’s how they treat their customers.
