Month 3: Launch with influencer cohorts of 25-50 creators. Expect 10% to convert profitably. Kill the rest fast. Whitelist the winners as paid ads.

Month 4: 20-40% of your paid budget runs behind influencer-sourced creative. Your CAC drops. Your ROAS climbs.

Month 6: Build your subscription model. Lock in recurring revenue. Every subscriber is compounding LTV you don't have to re-acquire.

Month 12: You have 80% gross margins, a retention machine, and a repeatable acquisition system.

Month 18: $1M+/month is not a prediction. It's math.

Results from applying this exact system:

Without it: Random influencer outreach, no whitelisting, no subscription. Revenue flat. Margins crushed.

With the full system: 50 long term influencer partners on retainer. 20-40% of paid budget behind whitelisted creative. Subscription revenue compounding monthly.

$103M ARR. $260M exit.
