@AmericanAir @ilynnathaniel Similar situation just this week. Baggage attendant sees the damage, tells me to fill out the online form. Claim denied and then told I have 2 days to return to the baggage attendant at the airport to challenge the decision. This is a predatory policy that costs the passenger.

Please have someone in your office look into the policy description here of @AmericanAir. Happy to provide my documentation. This is a predatory policy by giving a 2 day time limit for assessment, especially when already done prior.

I was returning from a trip and watched my valet checked carry-on fall off the conveyor belt that is used to bring the bags up to the jet bridge. The aluminum bag was dented and scratched. Auto decline via email. Do better!

@AmericanAir They already looked at the bag when I was in the office and they asked me to fill out the online claim. Please provide a reasonable explanation why I would need to return to the airport. Seems they would handle the situation at the time if they needed to be engaged.

@AmericanAir Yes, that was the decline. Baggage claim person was great and changed the entry to show valet bag, not checked bag.

@AaronTheLoco Fact, a game that is fun to watch does not equal fun to play. Creators only care about views, casuals care about fun. The current iteration is neither. Played months of black out, but hours of verd, months of caldera and hours since. Watched black out, verd, and caldera.

@dougdagnabbit Simply put, it is game that is chasing the latest of what every others are doing. The game does not have an identity. Is it large map multi (which I believe most streamers want) is it small map multi or a BR. Look back to the first iteration, people played their own style.

@Speros_OG True, has always proved to be true after each warzone launches and gets stale incredibly quick. The question is why? My thoughts, it is the closest they have come to an easy to play BR that does not feel like a big map MP.

@ModernWarzone Mw19 ruined MP. Cold War brought it back from a fun standpoint. Warzone added longevity to the core game, but only to level guns. Warzone also brought in a mass amount of hackers, even into MP.
The question is did cross play ruin the console experience?
