@VeoliaUK we are receiving missed collection emails for days we don't have collections and no collections on days that we do? We ar being invoiced for collections that haven't happened and no one is responding to support requests or returning our phone calls to sort these things

@VeoliaUK WTF is going on with you guys? Online chat doesn't get answered and eventually disconnects, main phone line goes dead before reaching a real person and no one is taking any responsibility for the mess you have created. What a waste of good air.
