JYPE, please urgently investigate the multiple issues affecting Stray Kids’ THIS & THAT comeback.

At this point, STAYs are seeing repeated platform, distribution, availability, and reporting problems across several major services. Any one issue could be a technical error or delay, but this many issues occurring during the same comeback requires immediate investigation and escalation.

Current issues include:

❗ SPOTIFY STREAM REPORTING
Many STAYs are reporting Spotify streams that do not appear to be registering properly based on their listening histories and other available data. We are asking JYPE and the distribution team to investigate whether streams are being properly reported and counted.

❗ THIS & THAT M/V MISSING FROM SPOTIFY
The “THIS & THAT” Music Video is still unavailable on Spotify. This removes an additional legitimate streaming option for fans and potential streams that could contribute toward Billboard charting.

❗ YOUTUBE DAILY MUSIC VIDEO CHARTS
“THIS & THAT” has surpassed 60M views in four days and trended #1 worldwide for multiple days, yet it has not appeared on YouTube’s Daily Top Music Videos charts globally or regionally. We are asking JYPE to escalate this with YouTube and investigate its chart eligibility/reporting.

❗ DIGITAL REMIXES MISSING FROM STORES
The digital remixes are still completely unavailable for purchase through Amazon Music and 7Digital, eliminating major purchasing options for fans who are actively trying to support the release.

❗ STATIONHEAD AVAILABILITY
The versions are also missing from Stationhead, further limiting legitimate purchasing and streaming support.

❗ ITUNES / APPLE MUSIC RELEASE ISSUES
Following the original release, STAYs across multiple regions reported being unable to access or purchase the THIS & THAT album through iTunes/Apple Music for several hours.

These are not simply inconveniences. Distribution delays, missing releases, reporting problems, and platform availability can directly affect sales, streams, visibility, chart performance, and comeback momentum.

STAYs are doing everything we can to support Stray Kids. We need JYPE, DIV1, and the distribution teams to ensure that our support actually has the opportunity to count.

We are asking for an URGENT REVIEW of distribution availability, platform reporting, and chart eligibility involving Spotify, YouTube, Amazon Music, 7Digital, Stationhead, Apple Music, and iTunes.
