@Acer_India It has been 20 days since I registered the case about my monitor . No progress on it yet. So my work is stopped. If you are going to avoid like this, then tell me clearly, I am ready to file a complaint in consumer court.

@Acer_India i discussed this matter with acer team today they told me that we have some stock issue. 

We have some alternative models available for your replacement of monitor. 
So please send alternate model list.
im waiting for my monitor replacement as soon as possible.

@Acer_India Today it has been 17 days since I registered the case about my monitor . No progress on it yet. So my work is stopped. If you are going to avoid like this, then tell me clearly, I am ready to file a complaint in consumer court.

I have given all the photos, videos and data related to the monitor

Also the acer authorised service provided all the data

After 16 days there is no response from acer team and also the service center provided by the acer

Totally unsatisfied with the after sales service☹️☹️
