@TwinklingTania @DavidOAtkins @DarakaKenric @dottylemieux I was on staff, idiot, I know who was & wasn’t in charge. Officers may not have had direct supervisorial roles but staff was expected to support them when asked. I believe was covered in orientation.
Maybe that talking pt worked on people who are ignorant but not a fmr staffer.

He didnt have his hands tied behind his back when he illegally asked plaintiffs in a suit in which he is on the opposing side to drop said suit. The only reason his hands would be tied now is if he lawyered up. Is he in jeopardy? Hmmm. 🤔
