I'll be honest, I really wanted to like Mushoku Tensei and Rudeus (since I like flawed protagonists who are morally wrong in some aspects, for example Joe from Ashita no Joe).

But because the story doesn't treat Rudeus' problems as actual issues that need to be resolved and for him to grow from, it makes me hate the anime and everything in it (except Ghislaine).
