UK based perspective from me:
1️⃣ Disabled ppl can & do have sex
2️⃣ Ambulances do not take powered wheelchairs
3️⃣Ppl can be in severe pain, & still laugh & joke & you would never know

@wonder_cripple On a second not the word 'abled' seems to be more often used in a derogatory manner as if it's a slur without it being a slur
I tend to use (NDP) non disabled people as we tend to use disabled ppl for ourselves
Some activists use it really badly and it's obvious it's a slur

But some ppl jump on them rather than educating them, by all means of its continues behaviour then jump on them, but generally ppl need educating not attacking
