@MaddenNFLDirect I received the elite ranked reward instead of the hero reward that I earned. I saw in the ea forum that it is happening to other players also. Why are we getting lesser rewards than we are supposed to get?

@MaddenNFLDirect Late content is getting ridiculous. This has been a continuous issue for this whole game. I sold my QB in anticipation of getting Penix yesterday. I've been waiting for a day and now I have to wait another day
possibly more if it isn't fixed which has happened this year already

@MaddenNFLDirect Still waiting...   For some reason I can't chat with an advisor anymore? Why is that? I was in a chat yesterday and asked for a supervisor. Next thing I know the chat is ended and I can't start another one since. Complete silence from EA. Does anyone else have this problem?

@NathanK29864041 @MaddenNFLDirect I haven't received mine yet either. But it does look like some people are getting rookie premieres even though they said ultimate alumni would roll out first. Hopefully we don't have to wait much longer.

@MaddenNFLDirect 3 Hours later and I don't have any rookie premiere cards. I earned all 3 players, Puka, as well as the 3 chem tokens. Haven't seen any of them. This is ridiculous.
