There has been multiple visits but no solution so far infact once the product was identified to be faulty and new product was replaced but still pending for installation.

@Kohler @KOHLER_INDIA inspite multiple calls and follow up the technician has not been able to install the digital shower at my new home. Maybe they expert technician is needed. Every visit ends with some reason of technician where he wants to go back and check for something.
