@AmericanAir I just don't understand what you are doing for us now. We are now stuck waiting for AA response since we arrive at the hotel and they are completely clueless on plans to return back to the airport even though we were told by AA representatives that they would know. Are we stuck?

@AmericanAir Horrendous experience. I am currently traveling across the world which our flight got stopped for reasonable reasons. HOWEVER, we are being transported to a hotel 2 hours away from the airport with no notice till we were on the shuttle and our flight is rebooked soon

@AmericanAir So as an update. I'm basically told I have to wait. I can only stay at the hotel they gave me for 2 hours before leaving since I was not told of any return shuttle. I won't even KNOW of any compensation until after this whole trip is over. No food either. Great support.

@AmericanAir I've contacted you. Hopefully this can be worked out since a 4 hour total commute time from the hotel and airport for a flight which was cancelled is crazy in my opinion. Especially with it being so late to get any food even.
