Today is my birthday

Unfortunately it's not really the best time to celebrate and mood had been on my worst since 2022 in the last weeks, down bad in the last weeks re entering the market after being mostly out since October, some complicated irl problems ang generally just unhappy

However, it's funny that the last time I felt like this was exactly 4 years ago. On my birthday on June 2022 I was completely depressed. we had an insane crash happening since May after the post-luna. While I skipped Luna, I took a hit by the consequences of it on the market overall. Lot of coins went down 70-80%, in one single month. It was much worse than now tbh, we are not that bad, and we could go way lower

but tldr it's just a message to everyone that may be feeling down too, there's always a way to come back stronger and run it back harder. Minimizing doing important financial or personal moves in this phase and doing small steps in the right way, to slowly regain momentum

It's just up to us to be mentally stronger to know that and to overcome any challenge in our way, and double down on our efforts. Trust me on that
