I wish you all a good #Advent journey made up of many small gestures of #peace every day: welcoming gestures, gestures of understanding, closeness, forgiveness, and service... Gestures from the heart, like steps towards Bethlehem, towards Jesus, the King of peace.
God of Isaiah, speak your promises into our broken world. Give us hope, anticipation and child-like faith that you can make all things new. Renew our longing for you to come among us again. Amen. @CCCB_CECC#advent#AdventTO
#Advent2022 begins on Sunday, November 27. It is a season of hope, preparation, expectation and celebration. Together, we pray: Come, Lord Jesus! #AdventTO
Yesterday was World Kindness Day. Let us consider, today and every day, how God calls each one of us to be kind and compassionate to each other as members of God’s loving family, looking to Christ as our role model.
Christian joy is contagious because the Gospel makes us go beyond ourselves to share the beauty of God’s love. We cannot keep Christian joy to ourselves. It multiplies once we start spreading it.

Thinking of my dad today. Did the little boy sitting alone in St Mary’s Indian Residential School all those years ago ever think we would see a day like today?
The seed of our good works can seem like a small thing, yet all that is good pertains to God, and thus it humbly, slowly bears fruit. Good always grows in a humble, hidden, often invisible way. #GospelOfTheDay
During the month of May, let us lift our eyes toward the Mother of God, our consolation and sure hope, and #LetUsPrayTogether the Rosary to face the trials of this moment together and to be ever more united as a spiritual family. https://t.co/zSmhgbgNat
