To recognize Balochistan as a free country does not merely mean that a piece of land has become free from Pakistan’s illegal occupation. Its deeper meaning is that humanity itself is liberated from hatred, prejudice, and oppression.

It means that the high walls of hatred are brought down forever, and the doors of love are opened for all people. It means that temple bells ring once again, that peaceful calls to prayer rise from mosques, that hymns echo through gurdwaras, and that prayers fill churches, while every human being is able to worship freely and without fear.

We pledge that on the land of Balochistan, beyond religion, ethnicity, and belief, we will write a new chapter of peace, love, progress, prosperity, and humanity a chapter that future generations will remember with pride, and through which the world will know Balochistan not only as a free homeland, but also as a shining example of tolerance, coexistence, and respect for all humankind.

आज राहुल गांधी कई कांग्रेस नेताओं के साथ अचानक प्रधानमंत्री आवास के गेट के बाहर धरने पर बैठ गए। लोकतंत्र में धरना-प्रदर्शन करना लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था का एक महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा है। लेकिन सवाल यह है कि प्रदर्शन कहाँ और किस प्रकार किया जाना चाहिए? विरोध-प्रदर्शन के लिए भी कुछ नियम और व्यवस्थाएँ होती हैं। देश भी कुछ निर्धारित नियमों और कानूनों के अनुसार चलता है।

प्रधानमंत्री आवास एक अत्यंत संवेदनशील और उच्च सुरक्षा वाला क्षेत्र है। इस स्थान की अपनी सुरक्षा व्यवस्था, प्रोटोकॉल और गरिमा है। ऐसी स्थिति में यदि उस भीड़ में कोई अवांछित या असामाजिक तत्व घुस आए और स्थिति का दुरुपयोग करने या सुरक्षा व्यवस्था से समझौता करने का प्रयास करे, तो क्या यह लोकतंत्र के लिए उचित होगा? क्या प्रधानमंत्री के परिसर और आवास को इस प्रकार सुरक्षा जोखिम में डालना उचित है? क्या प्रधानमंत्री की सुरक्षा के साथ इस तरह का खिलवाड़ किया जाना चाहिए?

मेरा मानना है कि नेता प्रतिपक्ष के रूप में राहुल गांधी जी को इन सभी पहलुओं पर गंभीरता से विचार करना चाहिए। उन्हें यह समझना होगा कि उनके पद के साथ कुछ विशेष जिम्मेदारियाँ भी जुड़ी हैं, और उन जिम्मेदारियों का प्रभावी ढंग से निर्वहन करना उनका दायित्व है। लोकतंत्र की मजबूती इसी में है कि हम अपने अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए कानून और व्यवस्था का भी सम्मान करें।
