@Nrusso4787 @TrivectaMusic @SouthwestAir Immediately after the cancellation, I booked a 6 am American Airlines flight out of DC. I Ubered from BWI to DCA for the AA flight and was able to make it to Chicago. I think I got lucky from acting quickly and not waiting in the SWA customer service line.

@SouthwestAir There is still is a serious lack of alignment down the chain of command. I was told by one agent that I would NOT need to change my address to IL (where I live) b/c my bags would go to O’Hare. Another just told me over the phone that they’re being sent to Colorado via FedEx. 🙃

My bag is replaceable and it’s not even close to the biggest problem that some people are facing with @SouthwestAir but can y’all have at least some sort of alignment? I do not blame the agents or employees working the front lines. Management needs to get on the same stat…

For the love of God @SouthwestAir please get your employees on the same page. I had a flight from BWI to ORD that was cancelled. I was told by an agent at ORD that my bags would be arriving at ORD within the week and that I would receive a text message or email about it. (1/3)

I decided to do my due diligence and call @SouthwestAir baggage hotline. Only to find out that my bags had a FedEx mailing confirmation # and are being shipped to CO when I live in IL. The agent on the phone corrected it but we have no way of knowing it it’s actually fixed. (3/3)
