PREVENTABLE! Pics 1 & 2 show Schlumbergera @homedepot with shipping sleeves left on. Ethylene buildup inside the sleeves has caused bud drop, basket pic 3 faring better. Ethylene suppressor silver thiosulfate (STS) used in production, but fails if sleeves left on. EDUCATE STAFF!
