📌 #ES PLAN — GOD FIRST 🙏 (OVERNIGHT DOWNTREND → OVERSOLD BOUNCE → DECISION ZONE)

🧠 BIAS
➡️ Bearish short-term
👉 Current price ~7734.00
👉 Price remains well below the falling 50 EMA (red).
👉 Overnight structure is still lower highs and lower lows.
👉 The recent bounce from the 7725–7727 area is encouraging, but it has not broken the bearish structure yet.
⚠️ This looks like a relief rally inside a downtrend until buyers reclaim higher resistance.
🟥 SHORT SETUP — BOUNCE REJECTION (A+)
ONLY IF: ❌ Price rallies into 7743–7745 and rejects.
Entry: 👉 7743.00 – 7745.00
Stop: ❌ 7750.50
Targets:

🎯 T1: 7734.00
🎯 T2: 7727.00
🎯 T3: 7720.00

Why:
➡️ 7743 is your nearest resistance shelf.
➡️ The falling 50 EMA is still overhead.
➡️ Trend remains bearish until that area is reclaimed.

🔥 Best entry = rejection candle with increasing selling volume.
🟩 LONG SETUP — REVERSAL SCALP (A)

ONLY IF: ✔️ Price holds 7730–7732 and reclaims 7743.

Entry: 👉 7731.00 – 7733.00
Stop: ❌ 7726.00
Targets:
🎯 T1: 7743.00
🎯 T2: 7752.00
🎯 T3: 7763.50

Why:

➡️ Buyers are beginning to print higher lows on the bounce.
➡️ Reclaiming 7743 would be the first sign that momentum is shifting.
➡️ Above 7752 opens room toward the larger resistance zone.
🚀 REAL BULLISH TRIGGER
👉 7752.00

Break and hold above:

🎯 7763.50
🎯 7766.00
🎯 7780.00
🔻 REAL BEARISH TRIGGER

👉 7725.00
If sellers break and hold below:

🎯 7720.00
🎯 7712.00
🎯 7700.00

🚫 NO TRADE ZONE
❌ 7732.00 – 7743.00
➡️ Current price is between support and resistance.
➡️ Expect chop until one side confirms control.

🧠 KEY READ

From your 15-minute chart:
Trend: Still bearish.
Momentum: Short-term bounce.

Resistance: 7743–7745, then 7752.
Support: 7730, then 7725.

📍 Bottom line: This is still a sell-the-rally market unless buyers can reclaim 7743 and especially 7752. Chasing longs into resistance carries more risk than waiting for either a confirmed breakout or a rejection.

✝️ FAITH LINE
“The prudent see danger and take refuge.” — Proverbs 27:12
➡️ Let price come to your level.
➡️ Trade confirmation, not prediction.

@WhiteHouse You’re joking right.

My favorite part about writing is that first spark of an idea. It can happen at any time, for any reason. The idea for the Opalite music video crash landed into my imagination when I was doing promo for The Life of a Showgirl. I was a guest on one of my favorite shows, @TheGNShow. For those of you who aren’t familiar, it’s a UK late night show where Graham Norton (the insanely charismatic and lovable host) invites a random group of actors, entertainers, musicians, etc to be on his show and we all sit there and chat like it’s a dinner party. They even serve wine. Anyway. I remember thinking I got ridiculously lucky with the group I was paired with. Cillian Murphy, Domhnall Gleeson, Greta Lee, Jodie Turner-Smith, and @LewisCapaldi. All people whose work I’ve admired from afar. When we were all talking during the broadcast, Domhnall made a light hearted joke about wanting to be in one of my music videos. He’s Irish! He was joking! Except that in that moment during the interview, I was instantly struck with an *idea*. And so a week later he received an email script I’d written for the Opalite video, where he was playing the starring role. I had this thought that it would be wild if all of our fellow guests on the Graham Norton show that night, including Graham himself, could be a part of it too. Like a school group project but for adults and it isn’t mandatory. To my delight, everyone from the show made the effort to time travel back to the 90’s with us and help with this video. You might even recognize some friendly faces from The Eras Tour. I got to work with one of my favorite people in the world, Rodrigo Prieto, again! I had more fun than I ever imagined - Made new friends, metaphors, and fashion choices. It was an absolute thrill to create this story and these characters. Shot on film. The Opalite video is out now on Spotify & Apple Music.
