@zhannonx Gosh...I wish I knew the answer. I try to stay on top of or ahead of my cramps with Motrin. Like A LOT of Motrin. I take B-12 and another multi-vitamin daily. Every month I can’t even stand myself. It sucks. Good luck.

@trishapaytas why is it when you try something new at a fast food place, I find myself a few days later trying the same thing. I’m at KFC...and did the same thing as you, a few bites later. I feel gross. LOL.
