Any other HCPC registered Dietitian’s who have sought @CORUIreland registration had to do this? Seems v excessive- I’ve already given proof of HCPC reg?? Finding the whole process incredibly frustrating😫 Like, are Dietitian’s regulated in the U.K…what?!? @trust_indi
Post fruit and yogurt BG spike 📈
Giving the new Libre 2 a go to figure out how our bodies can respond to certain foods and exercise so that I can discuss this more confidently with my patients in clinic.
Only 2 days in and I feel like I’ve already learned so much 🤓
I think dietitians (or is it dieticians?) are amongst the most under appreciated health care workers in hospitals.
Nutrition is so important to health. Doctors should engage with them more.
Big shout out to you guys.

A little worried that some complacency is setting in. We have made progress but we’re not yet where we need to be. We need to see a fall in new cases. Encouraging signs. But please let’s not slip up now. #StayHome. It’ll be worth it! Retweet so we all get a reminder #Covid19
@aoiferyan30@egangra94 @Kiely_Mairead @fnsucc@UCC@SEFSUCC@HSELive@trust_indi@CORUIreland A very fair comment- I’m part of that statistic as were 80% of my class and we’ve all had to remain in the UK. There’s a need for more Dietitians, 100%, but fear for the next couple of years when we have lots of new graduates but no roles to fill- unless many posts are internal?
