@TeamStubHub how do I file a claim for a refund? My tickets were supposed to be delivered Tuesday. Now they’re arriving tomorrow after I leave town (the event is Saturday). I called your customer service twice, both claimed to have updated the delivery address but clearly didn’t

@AmericanAir I officially changed my name on my account but have a trip that was booked prior to that. I was told they cannot change the name on the ticket and I would have to fly with my marriage license since my license no longer matches. Is there another option?
