HUDCO organized an Associates’ Meet in Hyderabad for its Section 54EC Capital Gain Tax Exemption Bonds, receiving an enthusiastic response from over 120 participants, including CAs, channel partners, consultants, broking houses, banks and other associates.

Marking one successful year of HUDCO’s Capital Gain Tax Exemption Bonds, the meet reflected strong investor confidence and market acceptance.

Under the guidance of CMD, Shri Sanjay Kulshrestha and DF, Shri Daljeet Singh Khatri, it was highlighted that the funds mobilised through these Bonds will support urban infrastructure development aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat@2047, while strengthening HUDCO’s capital market presence. During the interactive session, participants were also briefed on the Urban Invest Window (UiWIN) and the Urban Challenge Fund.

HUDCO strengthens its commitment to transformative urban development through a strategic collaboration with NBCC (India) Limited. In the esteemed presence of Shri Sanjay Kulshrestha, CMD, HUDCO, and Shri K.P. Mahadevaswamy, CMD, NBCC, two significant MoUs were signed to fast-track redevelopment and asset monetization initiatives.

The agreements focus on the redevelopment of the leasehold plot at August Kranti Bhawan, Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi, along with extending financial support by HUDCO for NBCC’s ongoing and upcoming projects under its self-sustainable model. The MoUs were executed by senior leadership from both organizations, marking a strong alignment of vision and expertise.

Over the next two years, this partnership will drive collaboration in techno-economic feasibility studies, construction, project management, and monetization of built-up spaces. इस महत्वपूर्ण बैठक का समन्वय कार्य हडको को सौंपा गया। इस अवसर पर श��री संजय कुलश्रेष्ठ, अध्यक्ष एवं प्रबंध निदेशक, हडको ने अपने स्वागत भाषण के साथ माननीय मंत्री महोदय का अभिनंदन किया।

CMD HUDCO, Shri @SANJAYKUL31 inaugurated the 5-Day Training Programme on ‘Project Finance & PPP’ organized by #HUDCO’s #HSMI, in the presence of Shri M. Nagaraj, Director (Corporate Planning), Dr. Srividhya Sridharan and Dr. M. Manickaraj, Associate Professors, NIBM Pune.

The sessions will focused on an overview of project finance and structures, financial structuring and off-take agreements, technical appraisal, and market feasibility with project cost determination.

The programme brought together officials from HUDCO, Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltd. (IREDA) New Delhi,@IIFCL, @OfficialDMRC, REC Ltd., @NEDFi_Official, MAHAGENCO Renewable Energy Ltd. (MREL) and MPCON Ltd. Bhopal.
