My perishable paneer parcel booked from New Delhi to Khajuraho via Train 11842 (PRR No. 4002929004) has been wrongly unloaded at VGLJ (Jhansi) instead of its destination.

I am writing to report a serious delay regarding my parcel (PRR: 2026515801) booked from New Delhi to Raigarh. It has been stranded at Bhubaneswar station for the past 3 days without any progress. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no response from the local administration.
Prompt delivery is a core responsibility of the Railways. I request your immediate intervention to ensure the parcel is forwarded to its destination without further delay.

What is the purpose of maintaining such a massive transport system and paying salaries to employees if basic customer grievances are ignored and only empty formalities are fulfilled?
