A complaint has been registered DJB000019138. Phone number of the JE is also provided. Who picked up the call initially and now refuses to do the same. There is no update. There is no help. Who should be contacted to resolve the problem?

@EcomExpress_Ofc yesterday a return was picked up from my address which was scheduled for amazon. The pick up agent was a lady and called from [phone], which is ecom express number. Today amazon says that they did not schedule any pick up yesterday.
