It’s been a rotten 13/14 months. Lost my nephew and my mum in October. Dealing with loved ones deaths is really difficult as you all know. To lose two in that period has been really challenging.

@AManWithFibro Lost my mum in may 2020 and it is so difficult especially as she was such a massive part of my life. I also lost my auntie and uncle in the 12 months before that, sent my fibro all over the place.
Don't bottle things up there is always someone who will listen and understand 🙏🏼

My nephew died just before Christmas.
Now my mum is terminally ill and hasn’t got long left.
