One important question is slowly changing how people think about Web3.
What will happen when blockchains become private by default ?

Today most blockchains are fully transparent.
Anyone can see wallet balances, transactions and activity.
Transparency helped crypto grow in the early days but in the real world this level of openness does not exist.

> We do not share our salaries publicly.
> We do not expose our household expenses.
> Businesses do not reveal their internal financial decisions to everyone.

So why should blockchains work in a way that even the real world does not ?

Zama does not treat privacy as an optional feature.
For them privacy is the base layer.

Zama uses Fully Homomorphic Encryption, which allows computation on data while the data stays encrypted.
Smart contracts can run logic, conditions can be checked and results can be verified but the actual sensitive data is never revealed to anyone.

The network does its job without seeing the data itself.

This changes everything.

The blockchain remains public and verifiable but personal and sensitive information stays private.

This shows that public infrastructure does not require public data.

Web3 does not need to choose between transparency and privacy.
Both can exist together.

Privacy is not about hiding wrongdoing.
Privacy is about having control over your own information.

zcash:native incident is bigger than just Zcash.

Here's what most people are missing ---->

1/ A security researcher used Anthropic's Claude AI to audit Zcash's code and found a critical vulnerability that had been hidden for 4 years.

The bug could have allowed unlimited counterfeit ZEC to be created.
It was patched before any known exploitation.

2/ First, understand two terms --->

Code = Instructions that tell software what to do.
Open Source = Anyone can inspect those instructions.
most crypto protocols are open source.

3/ For years, security researchers and hackers manually reviewed code.

Today, AI can analyze massive codebases in minutes and highlight suspicious logic, attack paths and hidden vulnerabilities.

This changes everything.

4/ Many people think --->
AI will kill crypto because code is public.

Wrong.

The real lesson is --->

AI helps defenders N attackers.
side that adopts AI security faster wins.

5/ The most important observation --->

A critical bug survived years of audits, reviews and expert cryptographers.

AI helped find it in days, that should get everyone's attention.

6/ Open source is not the problem.

In fact open source is the reason independent researchers can inspect systems and find flaws before criminals do.

Transparency is still a strength.

7/ What happens next ?

Expect every serious blockchain project to --->

> Increase AI assisted audits.
> Run continuous code reviews.
> Invest more in cybersecurity.
> Use AI for vulnerability hunting.

8/ The biggest risk isn't open source.
The biggest risk is weak teams with weak security budgets.
Projects that cannot maintain security standards may struggle in an AI driven world.

9/ What should retail investors do ?
If you don't understand protocol security.

> Stick to battle tested networks.
> Prioritize projects with active developers.
> Look for regular audits and bug bounties.
> Avoid chasing every new token.
