The project aims to fix over 40 roads in less than 3 years across the city's 5 divisions, addressing notorious potholes on roads like Salama Road, Port Bell Road, Spring road, Old Mubende road, Sir Apollo Kagwa, 8th Street, 5th Street, 3rd Street, 7th Street, 6th among other roads.

Yesterday, I officiated at the book launch of 'The Pathway to Greatness', authored by the Rt. Hon. Rebecca Kadaga at Kololo Independence Grounds. I salute her and other women for responding to the NRM government's reform of broad-based democracy. Without their commitment, our reform would probably not have succeeded. The question arises: why were the women not coming up through the stampede? Was it because they didn't want to?

Rebecca is a highly dedicated individual, committed to her beliefs and a true fighter. I told her that she is a fighter, and now she is actively fighting for the East African Federation while making significant contributions to her hometown of Kamuli and Busoga. She is always actively engaged in these institutions.

Though I haven't read her book yet, I'm confident that it is interesting. I congratulate both Rebecca and her parents for supporting her education.
