@femalealpha92 I was on the shot 💉 for 11 years no 🛑 kaiser advise me to try something else and they suggested the IUD. That has been a struggle but I have an appointment to get one soon. I don't like having my 🛑 because of how my body feels and the amount of money I spend on Tampons & pads
