@MrKitMath Best book I’ve read about practices that improve equity in student learning is Closing the Achievement Gap Trap by Dr. Anthony Muhammad, a person of color. He supports using a UbD (Understanding by Design) model by starting with common standard-based assessments. True UbD=SBG.
