survived a tough workout yesterday of 25x400 on trails. Time for a nice, easy trail run this pm. :) 11 days til Tufts!!!!

The National 10k trail race was brutal but FUN!! The field was stacked & I'm pleased with a 4th place result (2nd NC USATF). Nice adventure

The 10k trail race is tomorrow & should be rugged, adventurous & lots of fun! I'm excited & ready to run!!!! :)

Friday evening tempo run ended up being the 2nd fastest 10k that I've ever ran! I like it!!!!! :)

Awesome workout of 20 X 400....felt amazing and can't believe the average was 78! :) I feel that Scott's training program is paying off!

I survived the first week of training under Scott. Wow! I'm pleased that I made it without my usual 1-2 rest days & taking 1 day at a time.

I had an encounter with a baby bear crossing the same trail as me on my morning recovery run. That'll sure wake ya up!
