Literally had the WORST experience trying to get bikes for my kids from @DICKS they sent me home with the WRONG SIZE BIKE. Forgot to put the kickstand and water bottle on. SOLD the bike I was supposed to have, then hunted down another one, which was also wrong as well!

You question why it’s so big they brush you off. Learn from my lesson. Don’t assume it’s the right bike, don’t assume they know what they are doing! Double check EVERYTHING!
