OK need help! I’m making a 6gallon batch of Cabernet. I allowed primary fermentation to go 21 days, but it was done at 14 but maybe too much oxidation. Taste a little tart/acidic/vinager-ish but I’m not quite sure if it’s bad or if I can fix it during secondary fermentation??

@MurphyGoodeWine After not getting to be a part of your crew last year, I decided to start creating my own wine and it’s going pretty well. It is difficult doing the secondary fermentation and racking but I’m getting there.

@jodi_limes I agree at one point I felt like he deserves better than a bitchy girl like that. While he didn’t come off very good, you could see that he was sincere in his actions for anyone who has any emotional intelligence.

@SleuthSports Completely agree! He went to the Nth degree to apologize and she gave up on him. A kiss….geez…that’s nothing. Marriage takes more making it work that just giving it all up on a kiss.
