Great opening 2 weeks of high school baseball team going 2-1-1!! Great start at the plate for me going 6 for 11 with 2 home runs and 4 singles, and 6 RBIs with a .545 Batting average!! @JCrum16@DubJayBaseball@AmbridgeA@ambridgeball
And to be 1000% clear on this, USA Baseball has incredibly similar when it comes to their own perspective about the correct pathway of development.
The problem is next to no one follows it. Because they don't have to.
USA Hockey
- Players 16 to 18 years old: Learn to compete
Youth Baseball

What that means is throwing the same ball for consecutive pitches.
This bullpen utilizes a batter on both sides of the plate.
This gives a good visual for pitchers to stay through the middle of the zone.

The faster you get to your energy angle - which should be 25 degrees or more, measured at max leg lift from your leading hip to your back ankle - the faster you get your whole body moving down the center line toward home plate. More from @tomhouse here! https://t.co/znfz3eZxHM
The back foot must stay on the ground until ball release so the upper body can torque against it during Stack & Track, says @tomhouse. Read more about this mechanical variable, responsible for the final 20% of velocity, in our latest #TeamMSTRD blog. https://t.co/2Vo3ljHpgg
To throw efficiently, a pitcher must get into the right position at the right time with the right sequence of movements, like dominoes falling. If a domino falls too early or too late, it disrupts the other dominoes. This is the kinematic sequence. https://t.co/OksBGCEkAp
Pitchers, we warm up our bodies, then our arms, then we play catch with the football and finally move to playing catch with the baseball. Highly recommend you try it out!
