What I’ve learned is that just like body dysmorphia, having portion size dysmorphia is very real. I didn’t realize just how much I’d eat, it felt like they were normal size meals. Now I’m eating true small portions. But I admit I never gave up 🍪 & 🍰, not happening.💁🏻‍♀️

@Loverism__ I was on that same side with my exhusband, it became sexless & every bid for affection was cruelly rejected. But sex wouldn’t have fixed us, it was just a symptom to something much bigger and deeper.
