Ok so we watched DanDaDan yesterday ... Look I love how FLCL it feels but really could've done without the purposeless SA visual.... she couldve been in literally ANY other type of alien abduction danger and it would've done the exact same thing

I wasnβt aware who she was til other content creators I watch talked about this. #NatalieReynolds β¦ Youβve basically posted evidence against yourself for something so disgusting you did. @Twitch, @kick@YouTube@instagram@tiktok_us, etc needs ban her permanently.
Here is what evil looks like: #NatalieReynolds makes this face after what appears to be tricking a disabled woman to jump off a dock to go swimming and then leaving her to drown as the disabled woman asked for help. This is her laughing at pulling off the trick and before she is aware she killed this woman by her trying to get a video view. She has a mic on everything. She says "Go ahead and jump in", then when the woman is in the water and needs help Natalie laughs and runs away while the disabled woman drowns. As the father of a disabled daughter, I believe this woman is evil.
Sometimes people think we need new laws to protect us from the risks posed by #technology. Fortunately, these things are already illegal. At a minimum, if this woman unintentionally did something that resulted in someone killing themselves (convincing a disabled woman to jump into water and then refusing to help her), most states would consider that some version of unintentional manslaughter. A really important point about content moderation is making sure that platforms don't actually encourage this type of behavior. This type of shock content has already resulted in some significant cases that even involve #shitbag streamers (or whatever they want to call themselves) essentially attacking people to film the reaction, then the person reacts. Assault is illegal, you can't all of the sudden assault people without their consent and record it for views; platforms that host and promote that type of content end up encouraging that type of behavior. I hope this girl is given a fair trial and that if she is found responsible for convincing a disabled woman to jump into water and refusing to provide help, that she receives nothing but the harshest punishment available and for the sentencing to be extremely public. This type of behavior must be strongly discouraged. Again, it can be easy to think we need new laws, but if we refuse to support platforms that behave this way and also hold platforms accountable for fostering environments that create these events (and those laws already exist) then we likely don't need any new legislation.
