An important reminder from @RepHorsford about the 90% gambling tax deduction at today's Ways & Means hearing: players shouldn't be taxed on income they never earned.
Restoring the 100% gambling loss deduction is a top priority for the AGA.

Last week, Kentucky sued prediction market and sweepstakes platforms for operating illegal gaming within the state. We applaud @kyoag Russell Coleman for standing up for states' rights to regulate gaming within their jurisdictions.
Every community is different. The customized state- and tribal-regulated gaming framework allows each state to shape solutions that reflect local needs and priorities - creating impact where it matters most.
