President Trump @realDonaldTrump ordered the American flag lowered to half-staff for Dolly Parton. I have a serious problem with this.

Dolly Parton publicly participated in imagery, gestures, and statements associated with occult symbolism—including the widely circulated toast invoking a name identified as Azazel, a figure associated with a fallen angel.

And now America lowers its flag in her honor?

Absolutely not.

If we are going to lower our flag in reverence for human beings, then where is that reverence for Jesus Christ, who was scourged, mocked, crowned with thorns, nailed to a cross, pierced, and willingly gave His life for the sins of mankind?

President Trump, Scripture does not change according to popularity, celebrity, patriotism, or politics.

We do not honor darkness while professing to stand for God.

Jesus Christ alone is worthy of the highest honor.

Not Dolly Parton.
Not President Trump.
Not any celebrity, politician, or earthly ruler.

Jesus Christ.

America needs to stop exalting flesh and return to the LORD.

Jesus Christ is LORD.
