🚨FLORIDA MAN AGED 69.. ALLEGEDLY KILLS TWO ROOMMATES OVER ICE CREAM.
YES.... THAT'S CORRECT.. OVER ICE CREAM.

A 69 year old Ocala man is under arrest after allegedly shooting and killing his two roommates following an argument over ice cream.

And no... that's not a headline from a rejected episode of Florida Man: The Dairy Edition.

Police identified the suspect as Mark Robinson. The victims were his roommates: Charles Etheze.. 69.. and Michael Menkes.. 78.

According to Ocala Police Chief Mike Balken.. officers had actually responded to the home earlier Wednesday.. after a dispute erupted over someone eating Robinson's ice cream.

Officers managed to calm things down and the two roommates reportedly left for a walk.

Apparently, their "peace agreement" melted..

When the men returned.. Robinson was allegedly inside with a shotgun!!

He told investigators the roommates charged at him during another confrontation and that one was armed with a knife. 🔪
Robinson claimed he feared for his life and opened fire.

One roommate was shot inside the home. The other reportedly fled outside.. where Robinson allegedly shot him in the back.

Good luck with that self defense plea.. smfh

Robinson was arrested and charged with second degree murder.. in connection with the man shot outside.
Investigators are still examining his alleged "self defense" claim.. and whether additional charges are warranted in the second death. (Duhhh)

Chief Balken described the living situation as dysfunctional... (No Shit?) Noting that officers had been trying to calm down all three men over ice cream!! WTAF?!?!

Two men are dead.. and now.. a 69 year old is facing a murder charge.. over a frozen dessert that has now become a double homicide!!

Some people need to label their food in the refrigerator... And some households need a full time mediator.. a freezer inventory system.. and an armed security detail. 🤦‍♂️

Florida Woman Allegedly Tracks Boyfriend.. And Shoots His Female Companion.

Apparently.. some people use GPS to find a lost phone.
Katherine Dale Kelly used it to find a woman to shoot.

The 24 year old Cocoa woman is facing attempted first degree murder charges after investigators say she tracked her boyfriend to Port St. John.. in the early morning hours of October 24th.. only to discover him with another woman.

According to investigators.. Kelly suspected her boyfriend was cheating.. so she grabbed a pink and black Glock 43..
Ordered an Uber.. and headed straight for the location.
Because confronting someone like a normal human being was never going to make the itinerary.

When she arrived.. Kelly allegedly approached the passenger side of the vehicle and fired a single round through the window.. striking the woman inside the car in the left shoulder.
The victim was transported to the hospital for treatment.

Things got even more interesting during the investigation.

Kelly initially claimed she fired in "self defense" but investigators say she later admitted she wanted to "make a point" because she believed her boyfriend was cheating on her again. 🤦‍♂️

When asked whether she felt guilty.. Kelly reportedly invoked karma.. suggesting the other woman should have known her boyfriend already had a girlfriend.

Well... there's making a point... and then there's attempting to make it permanent with a firearm.

Kelly faces charges of attempted first degree premeditated murder with a firearm.. aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.. shooting into an occupied vehicle.. and use of a firearm during the commission of a felony.

She remains in custody at the Brevard County Jail.. with her arraignment scheduled for November 24th.

Somewhere along the way.. somebody apparently confused relationship counseling.. with an armed Uber delivery.
