@TKOEd@jaymart222@MookieMeadows@dumitru_liv A minor alteration permit does not require 'licensed contractors' per se. You can self contract legally except for mechanical - electrical and plumbing, but they can self certify.
@LobsterSnob@jaymart222@dumitru_liv Right - to a point - assume kitchen cabinets at least. A minor alteration permit covers everything beyond moving walls. It's cheap and you can start work while application is in processes. Engineer self certifies and you are done.

Re wire - $ 10k w panel. Basic work. $50k seems like the number, which is still too high for no rent increase
