You’d need to say ribbit got what they deserve by abstracting. Abstraction doesn’t seem to be a punishment here.

@Miss_muertos Caine did way worse things to the crew in torturing them but he got a happy ending. Jax didn’t have to live but the way he abstracted wasn’t the best. Like is he just like in purgatory now? How was pom able to see him? Can they visit all the abstractions?
