It’s been more than 72 hours since this apartment building in Davenport, Iowa collapsed. There are 3 human lives still unaccounted for: Branden Colvin, Ryan Hitchcock and Daniel Prien. The City of Davenport has not many any rescue attempts since Monday. Time is running out.
