87,4kg this morning

dropped 5,5kg over 2 1/2 months almost solely on changing my nutrition.

Went to the gym 4-5 times a week almost only for resistance training (because you can't really do cardio with a freshly operated ACL), so I hope I didn't lose too much muscle.
